Pool Games

From BioGuard’s Backyard Essentials Magazine - July/August 2008

1. SHARK OR MINNOW? - The shark is “it”, and the minnows swim away like crazy.  Once you’ve been “bitten,” you’re a shark too.  The last minnow left wins.
2. FORE! - Set a float in the center of the pool. From the pool’s edge swing a golf club to “chip” a whiffle ball onto the floating green.
3. 3 IN A ROW - Draw a tic-tac-toe board on a white handkerchief with waterproof marker.  Place it on the pool bottom in the shallow end, with stones to hold it in place.  Use black and gray stones (for X’s and O’s); see how many moves you can make before you need to come up for air.
