	Austin Pools has installed over 300 pools in Southwest Kansas since 1975. We build several sizes of inground, vinyl lined pools.


	POOL INCLUDES:

	- 50 Year Steel Wall (Limited Warranty)

	- 4'x4'x4'x8' Concrete Surrounding Pool (4' wide on 3 sides of pool - 8' wide on diving board end - extra concrete work & stamped concrete available)

	- Pool Krete Bottom (hard bottom under liner - like concrete but softer, makes the bottom smooth)

	- Pump, Motor, & Sand Filter System

	- Diving Board (not available on 14'x28' pool)

	- 2 Inlets, Ladder, & Bottom Drain

	- Pool Depth: Shallow End 3', Deep End 8'

	- Maintenance Kit: includes vacuum head, vacuum hose, telescopic pole, pool brush, deep net skimmer & themometer

	- Over 50 Liner Patterns To Choose From (see links below to view the liner patterns)


	All prices are for the complete pool with installation. When complete, it is ready to add chemical and swim. If necessary, utilities are moved at the owner's expense. Electrical, plumbing to sewer (if desired), and landscaping are the owner's expense. Construction takes from 3-14 days on average, depending on the weather.
